Accreditation Status
At this time, the UM Masters in Counseling program has regional accreditation through the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). The UM Masters in Counseling program is not accredited by CACREP, MPCAC, or an equivalent accrediting body. We have submitted the required documents to begin the accreditation process with MPCAC, and although we are hopeful that we will receive accreditation prior to July 1, 2025, please be advised that there are no guarantees that we will ultimately achieve accreditation.
